SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL, DTDTC, Delhivery or depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 5 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. If you are shopping from an International location, our shipping times would be 7-15 days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns for any product apart from Manufacturing Defect or Damage during transportation. If there is any defect please inform us by sending an email or calling us within 24 hours of receiving & accepting the product.
We believe in complete customer satisfaction and any product which you have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect can either be replaced or refunded. Return requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team. The maximum liability in cases of damage and/or defective products will be the amount paid by you for the same.
