REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Expected timeline of refunds is 5-7 working days.
CANCELLATION
Even though we do not have any discretions over orders being placed on our website by visitors, we do hold the eventual authority over fulfilling it. We might put an order on hold or cancel it if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on the website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity. The customer may cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it with us. Once order is shipped, it is not under our control to cancel it.
